Payment
An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured on booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard (1.75% surcharge applies).

The balance will be secured directly by the supplier on the date of arrival or maximum with in the next 48 hours, please ensure that you have the funds available on your nominated credit card. Payment is to be made exclusively with a credit card type Visa or MasterCard. Cards NOT accepted include: any EC card, American Express and Diners Club. Cash is NOT accepted (whether in Euros or any other currency).
Debit cards are accepted only if the customer takes the Super Relax Insurance.

You may also be required to leave a security deposit. This deposit will be used as payment on account in the event of any damage
caused to the vehicle, which is not covered by the CDW insurance. The amount of this will be between EUR700.00-EUR1400.00 depending on the vehicle category booked.

The credit card holder has to be present at the moment of the car collection for the car to be delivered.

Damage Insurance - Excess 0
Net rates include cover of the Damage Insurance (CDW) - Excess 0
Damage Insurance (CDW) - Excess 0 includes cover of the Compulsory Insurance for Automobiles and Supplemental Liability
for damages against third parties arising from the use and circulation of the vehicle.
Such coverage shall be guaranteed and is assumed by the insurer with which the lesser has the relevant insurance policy,
and subject to general and specific clauses of the same and the Law.
By signing the lease the lessee, as the insured, adheres to the aforementioned policy, a copy is available at all offices.

What is NOT included in the Damage Insurance (CDW) - Excess 0.?
• Total or partial loss, nor car damage by theft and/or vandalism and/or driving and/or fire accident.
• Damages, losses, or any other damage sustains in the luggage, goods or personal items carried in the vehicle.
• Damages to tyres, wheel rims and hubcaps.
• Damages to the interior of the vehicle.
• Damages to interior and/or rear view mirror.
• Damages to windscreens.
• Damages to locks.
• Damages to the undercarriage.
• Damages to clutch, engine, sump, catalytic converter and radiator.
• Battery recharge costs.
• Costs for loss of keys.
• Tow-truck and/or taxi transfer after an accident, deposit for vehicle replacement and compensation for lost rental days
while the vehicle is being repaired.
• Special cleaning.

The acquisition of this insurance implies exclusively that the client is solely responsible for damages in case of collision, theft,
fire or vandalism on the vehicle. Victoria RENT A CAR reserves the right to charge a deposit as a guarantee in the case of single
hiring of the Damage Insurance (CDW) – Excess 0. This deposit will be used as payment on account in the event of any damage
caused to the vehicle, which is not covered by the CDW insurance.
Once completely evaluated the damages to the vehicle, the amount to be paid will be adjusted with the retained amount.
The deposit amount can be cancelled by hiring the Super Relax Insurance.
There is the possibility to hire the Super Relax Insurance to cover partial or totaly all the risks that are excluded in the
Damage Insurance (CDW) – Excess 0

Price list for damages not included in the CDW

Super Relax Insurance (Optional)
This optional insurance includes:
- Medical Assistance Insurance for Drivers and Passengers (PAI).
- Collision and Fire insurance (FR).
- Theft insurance (THW).
- Insurance for tyres, wheels, window glasses (SI).
- Coverage for all the benchmarks excluded in the Damage Insurance (CDW) - Excess 0(*).
(*) With the exception of those who are excluded in ALL the insurances.

The Super Relax Insurance has a daily amount with a minimum and a maximum cost per rental period as here indicated,
and the Guarantee Deposit required in the case of single hiring of the Damage Insurance (CDW) – Excess 0.:

Mileage Conditions:
For 5 days rentals or more days, totally UNLIMITED MILEAGE.
For 4 days or less days, LIMITED MILEAGE to 150 Kilometres free per each day of rental, with an Excess Mileage charge.
Excess Mileage per 0,15€ EUR for car Groups: AA, A1, A, B, BB, and B1. (Includes 18% Tax)
Excess Mileage per 0,20€ EUR for car Groups: C, CC, C1, D, D1, and E. (includes 18% Tax)
Excess Mileage per 0,25€ EUR for car Groups: F, G, FR, K, H, H1, H2, and K. (includes 18% Tax)

Documentation Required:  Driving Licence, Passport, Identification Card or Residence Permit Card.
Walk in Bookings: Victoria cars will not give any car out if the customer does not present a confirmed plane ticket when picking up the car (at LEAST the return ticket). In the case that they don’t have the possibility to present their confirmed flight ticket they will have to show an official document proving that they reside in Spain before taking the car, (e.g. a water or electric bill etc.).

Payment Terms: Exclusively with a credit card type Visa or Master card, it is not accepted any EC card, or American
Express card, or Diners Club card, it is also not accepted any Cash Euros or any other currency payments.
Debit cards are well accepted only if the customer hire’s de Super Relax Insurance.

Drivers Conditions and Restrictions:
Drivers Age:  From 24 to 75 years old.  Young Drivers Surcharge:  11,80€ EUR Includes 18% Tax, per each day of rental for 22 or 23 years old or with less than 2 years experience with driving licence.
Drivers License Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 2 year with no major endorsements.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
UK license holders must present both the photo card and its paper counterpart at the time of rental.

Extras:
Additional Driver (Can be booked on arrival) 2,95€ EUR per Day (maximum charge 50€ per rental) and per additional driver, includes 18% Tax. The additional drivers must be present during process of formalizing the contract, having to show the correct documents to accredit themselves as able to meet the established requirements to drive a rental vehicle.

Out of Hours:  From 22:00 PM till 07:00 AM. For Delivery & Collection Service: 25€ EUR Included 18% for Tax, Cost per rental.

Grace Period:  1 Hour from the pickup time, a late drop off will be charged 1 day more to the customer.

Baby Seats:  5€ EUR Included 18% for Tax, Cost per each day of rental, Minimum cost per rental 20€ and Maximum cost 50€. 
For babies from 9 months and 3 years old, self fitting for the customers, Victoria cars is not allowed to fit the baby seat.

Child Booster Seats:  5€ EUR Included 18% for Tax, Cost per each day of rental, Minimum cost per rental:  20€ and Maximum cost 50€.  For Childs from 4 and 12 years old, self-fitting for the customers, Victoria cars is not allowed to fit the booster seat.

GPS Navigation System:  6€ EUR Included 18% for Tax Cost per each day of rental, Minimum cost per rental:  25€ and Maximum cost 60€. This Extra is always On Request status. 

Snow Chain:  This Extra is not available for these locations of the Costa Blanca zone.

1 Way Rentals:  35€ EUR Included 18% for Tax, Cost per rental, between the Costa Blanca locations, (Alicante Airport,
Valencia Airport, Murcia Airport and Calpe head office).

Airport Fee:  Included in the Rates.

Cross Border:  It is not allowed to drive the hire car out of Spain mainland.

OTHER RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Fuel Policy condition:  Customer pay when given the car for a Full Tank and return empty, no refunds are given for any unused fuel. For 4 days rental or less only there is a possibility for a 1/2 tank of fuel.
Net Rates Policy:  Net rates and valid Dates are subject to any modifications with a prior advised of 48 hours.
Local Tax:  VAT is 18% Included in the Net Rates and it is subject to any modification from the Spanish Tax Administration.
                      VAT is 18% Included in the Extras Cost and it is subject to any modification from the Spanish Tax Administration.
Conditions Policy:  All Conditions are subject to any modifications with a prior advised of 48 hours.
Car Groups and Models: the car group supplies Vehicle. Model mentioned is an example of the car group booked.
Your customer always has to respect the group specifications.
Rental Conditions Validity:  From 1st. January 2011.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
